Scott Colvin founded Blackpeak Capital after a 17 year career in investment banking and

Capital , Scott held senior investment banking positions with Credit Suisse and Wilson HTM

Paul McTaggart joined Blackpeak Capital in mid-2017 and has over 35 years’ experience in

the metals and mining sector - principally in corporate finance, advisory and equity research.

Former roles include Managing Director, Head of Global Metals and Commodities and

Co-Head of Research with Credit Suisse, Managing Director roles with both HSBC and

Morgan Stanley and Head of Natural Resources with Ord Minnett, Senior Manager Corporate

Jamie Taylor joined Blackpeak Capital in 2015. Jamie has over 25 years experience in

investment markets including 10 years in London as Head of Australian Institutional Sales for

Merrill Lynch. After returning from London Jamie ran Corporate Broking for Merrill Lynch whilst

working along side the Equity Capital Markets team, and later was appointed co-head of

ECM in 2004. Jamie worked for Paterson's Securities as a Director in Corporate Finance

before joining Wilson HTM in April 2007 as a Director in the Corporate Finance team. Most

recently Jamie was Head of Equity Capital Markets & Corporate Finance at Wilson HTM.

Max Billingham joined Blackpeak Capital after more than 20 years corporate finance and

insolvency experience in Australia, Europe and the United States.  Max was formerly a

Managing Director of Credit Suisse where he was employed for almost two decades

providing corporate finance advice to some of Australia’s largest corporations including Rio
